I personally have 10 years experience living abroad, as an expat while raising three kids.

Women who are experiencing the emotional challenges that often accompany menopause. This transformative phase can bring about a shift in self-perception, changes in body image, and a loss of motivation, leading to the question: Who am I, and what should I do with myself? Together, we’ll explore how to reconnect with your sense of self, find renewed purpose, and embrace this stage of life with confidence and compassion. Through mindful practices and emotional support, you’ll gain clarity and rediscover your inner strength during this pivotal transition.

For those grappling with low self-esteem, perfectionism, or feelings of “not being enough,” I offer compassionate support to help you build confidence, self-compassion, and resilience. My holistic approach helps you release limiting beliefs and embrace your authentic self.

In-Person Coaching Sessions (and Online)

Our sessions take place at my home, a beautiful and atmospheric villa in Marselisborg, close to the heart of Aarhus C. You can arrive in complete privacy, park right outside the door and speak freely, knowing that no one else will hear or see you. If you're arriving to Aarhus by train, my home is only a 1 km walk from the main station.

I take a holistic approach, focusing on the mind, soul, body, and the unconscious. My work draws on several therapeutic modalities, including mindfulness, meditation, NLP therapy, self-compassion, hypnotherapy, shadow work, positive psychology, and coaching.

I believe in the importance of mental calm, mind/body connection, focus, and presence, and may incorporate techniques such as guided meditation, self-care, writing exercises, and movement. 

It is important to me to create a confidential space where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns, exploring your thought patterns, emotions, and reactions, and developing the necessary tools to manage your challenges. I’m here to support you the best I can and offer you the most effective tools to tackle life in a balanced and confident way.

First Session: All initial sessions are in person at my home in Aarhus, Denmark. 

  • 2-Hour In-Person Starter Session: €428 (3.200 DKK)
  • 3-Hour In-Person Starter Session: €496 (3.700 DKK)
  • Full day coaching session. 10AM-4PM including lunch, feedback on your website/portfolio/branding. €1180 (8.500)

Follow-up sessions: can take place online if preferred or in person.

  • 50 Min Follow-Up Session: €200 (1.500 DKK)

Sessions are available in both Danish and English.
