Are you ready to create a life that truly reflects who you are?

If you’ve found your way here, you’re likely a creative, heart-centered soul longing to live more slowly and mindfully, in a way that aligns with your deeper values and future dreams. My work is dedicated to guiding you back to your inner essence; helping you slow down, reconnect with your true self, and nurture your creative spirit through mindfulness and self-compassion.

As women, many of us have internalized the idea that our value is tied to constant doing, achieving, and producing. But I believe that true fulfillment comes from something deeper—from honoring our inner wisdom, trusting our natural rhythm, and creating from a place of joy and authenticity.

With over 25 years of experience in psychology and coaching, alongside my journey as a photographer, I’ve witnessed how easy it is to lose touch with our softer, more intuitive selves in a world that pushes for speed and perfection. Through mindful photography, mindful living, and creative expression, I help women rediscover their unique voice and create a life they love—without sacrificing their well-being or soul.

My approach honors a slower, more intentional way of being. I believe in the power of self-compassion, seasonal living, and trusting the unfolding process of life and creativity. Whether you’re making a big turn in your life, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, I offer a nurturing space where you can feel supported, seen, and empowered to follow your heart.

Through my online courses, retreats and private consultations, I’ve had the privilege of supporting thousands of women from all over the world, helping them create meaningful work and cultivate a life filled with purpose. My photography is an extension of this journey—capturing the beauty of nature, stillness, and the everyday moments that often go unnoticed.

When I’m not working, you'll find me out enjoying nature with Mr. Bowie (my little French Bulldog), biking around with my camera, stretching and strengthening on the Pilates reformer, reading books, or enjoying quiet moments of stillness on my yoga mat. These simple practices keep me grounded and connected to the beauty of life, and I'm passionate about sharing this balance with others.

I believe in a life rooted in mindfulness, creativity, and compassion; a life where you are free to express your true self and create from the heart. If this resonates with you, I invite you to join me on this journey of self-discovery and soulful living.

Let’s walk this path together, embracing a slower, more intentional way of being and creating a life that reflects who you truly are.

With Love & Light, Christina

✨ My Daily Wellness Rituals

These practices are like anchors in my day; tiny, intentional acts of devotion that help me stay rooted in what matters most.

  • 🚶‍♀️ Mindful Walks
Getting my steps in while letting ideas flow freely, and soaking up a nourishing dose of vitamin D from the sun.

  • 🧘‍♀️ Yoga & Pilates
A practice of strength, stretching, fascia release and mobility training.

  • 🌬 Daily Meditation
A practice of stillness to rest my brain, and listen within.

  • 🌿 Intermittent Fasting
A gentle way to honor my body’s natural rhythm, keeping my energy clear and focused.
  • 🌞 Sauna Sessions + Light Therapy
My sacred space to re-charge and detox. A quiet moment of cellular support; stimulating energy, recovery, and glow from the inside out.

What Fuels My Passion

I’m endlessly inspired by the ways we can heal, grow, and glow from the inside out. These are the topics I live, study, and share with love:

  • 🧠 The Mind-Body Connection
Understanding how our thoughts, emotions, and biology shape our wellbeing.

  • 🧬 Longevity & Ageing Gracefully
Exploring how we can live not just longer, but deeper, fuller, more radiant lives.

  • 🧘‍♀️ Healing Through Rest & Restoration
Because stillness isn’t lazy; it’s giving the world the best of you; not what's left of you!

  • 🥣 Self-Nourishment as a Sacred Act
From food to thoughts to boundaries, I see nourishment as a form of self-respect.

  • 📸 Nature Photography & Still Life Creation
Capturing the quiet beauty of everyday moments and the poetry of life. Photography is one of the ways I practice presence and find wonder in the ordinary.
