Terms and conditions

When buying an online course with Christina Greve, you accept the following Terms:

• Your course will start on the day indicated in your registration email, regardless of when you first log in to the course. You may not share your password or login info with anyone else.
• You will continue to have access to the class material for as long as this program runs. Christina Greve reserves the right to close down or cancel the training any time.
• Christina Greve reserves the right to modify, cancel and limit any training, service or promotion.
• No warranties or guarantees are made in any of the material. By using any of the material provided you accept all liability for your actions. 
• Your membership will be canceled without notice if you disrespect terms and conditions or if your payment is insufficient. If your membership is canceled, you are no longer authorized to access the training.
• You agree that Christina Greve will collect and manage your personal information supplied when enrolled in a program. 
• Christina Greve is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by the credit-card issuer.
• In case the online training program and website is hacked, broken or closed down by a third party, Christina Greve is not responsible for reproducing, re-launching or re-installing the course material.
• Any references to “lifetime access” refer to the lifetime of the course or program while it remains active and available online, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
• Many courses include downloadable materials. It is the responsibility of the student to download and save any videos, PDFs, audio files, or resources they wish to keep for future personal use before the course or platform is retired.
• Christina Greve is not responsible for maintaining permanent online hosting or access to course platforms indefinitely.
• No guarantees, warranties, or promises are made regarding specific personal, creative, financial, emotional, or business results from participating in any course, coaching, or educational material.
• Christina Greve is not responsible for currency conversion fees, bank fees, payment processing fees, third-party platform interruptions, technical issues, hacking, server outages, software failures, or circumstances outside her control.

• In the event that a platform, website, hosting provider, software service, or third-party system becomes unavailable, is discontinued, hacked, corrupted, or permanently shut down, Christina Greve is not obligated to recreate, reproduce, restore, relaunch, or re-host the course material.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all materials in the course, including text, graphics, photos, design, names, logos, and underlying software are protected by copyright owned or licensed by Christina Greve, and you acknowledge and agree that this is the case. Material cannot be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form without prior written consent. All material provided and presented during training is for the sole use of your individual use.

Payment Policy

If you are enrolled with a payment plan, you are responsible for maintaining the payment plan. If one of your installments are insufficient all access to the training program will be canceled, and you are no longer authorized to access the training.

Payments can fail for a variety of reasons, for example:

• There’s not enough money in the account
• The card is expired or blocked
• The card is over its daily or monthly withdrawal limit
• The issuing bank’s automated fraud detection systems thought the transaction might be fraudulent
• The issuing bank’s computer systems just had an off day

Online Refund Policy

For online products no refund is given. 

Live Workshop Terms & Conditions

When booking a live workshop, retreat, mentoring session, or in-person event with Christina Greve in Denmark, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

• Your workshop seat is reserved only after full payment or completed payment agreement.

• All workshop purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the limited number of seats and the preparation involved in planning in-person events, refunds are not offered for cancellations, no-shows, travel delays, illness, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind.

• If you are unable to attend the workshop, your purchase may not be transferred, rescheduled, or exchanged unless explicitly approved in writing by Christina Greve.

• Christina Greve reserves the right to modify workshop schedules, teaching formats, locations, guest contributors, timing, or workshop content when necessary.

• Christina Greve reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel, or discontinue a workshop or event at any time due to illness, low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events, travel disruptions, safety concerns, venue issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

• In the rare event that Christina Greve cancels a workshop entirely, participants will receive a refund limited to the amount paid for the workshop ticket only. Christina Greve is not responsible for travel expenses, hotel bookings, transportation costs, loss of income, visa expenses, currency conversion fees, or any other personal expenses related to attending the event.

• Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance, health insurance, transportation, accommodation, meals, and personal expenses unless otherwise stated.

• Workshop participation is voluntary, and each participant accepts full responsibility for their own wellbeing, belongings, physical health, emotional wellbeing, travel arrangements, and personal decisions during the event.

• Christina Greve is not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses, theft, delays, damages, or personal incidents occurring before, during, or after the workshop or related activities.

• Photography, video, audio recordings, and workshop materials shared during the event remain the intellectual property of Christina Greve unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Christina Greve reserves the right to remove any participant from a workshop, event, or community without refund in cases of disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, inappropriate, or harmful behavior.

• By booking a workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
