In-Person Workshops in Denmark Terms & conditions
When booking a workshop with Christina Greve, you accept the following Terms:
Cancellation policy: Due to the involved planning and costs of an any in-person workshop in Denmark, the workshop fee is non refundable. Please make sure you can make it before you sign up. All attendees must have travel and hotel cancellation insurance as well as medical insurance. Christina reserves the right to cancel the workshop if there are too few participants or in case of illness or lockdown. If Christina is forced to cancel you will get a full refund.
Travel insurance
All workshop attendees must carry trip cancellation insurance as well as medical insurance. Many things happen in life that we don’t expect, and it’s nice to know you have access to the necessary help in case you need it.
COVID-19 Travel insurance
Christina Greve is monitoring the COVID-19 situation and strictly follows the latest Government guidance. Hand sanitizers and hand washing facilities are available on the workshop location. At the moment in Denmark the wearing of face masks is optional.
Food, diets, and allergies
For lunch there will always be a vegetarian option. If you have any food allergy, please let Christina know in advance.
Variations & logistics
Attendees should allow for flexibility due to changes in weather, traffic, cultural events, Covid restrictions, or local governmental policy changes that are out of Christinas control. The program can, therefore, be subject to variations.
Responsibility
Christina Greve acts only as a workshop host/teacher and are not responsible for sightseeing, transportation, lodging, medical care, injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the trip. Christina Greve can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, weather, war, strike, sickness, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger, as trip fees provide for arrangements only for the times and locations stated. Baggage is at the owner’s risk entirely.
ONLINE Course Terms & conditions
When booking an online course with Christina Greve, you accept the following Terms:
- Your course will start on the day indicated in your registration email, regardless of when you first log in to the course. You may not share your password or login info with anyone else.
- You will continue to have access to the class material at any time that you need for as long as this program runs. Christina Greve reserves the right to close down or cancel the training any time.
- Christina Greve reserves the right to modify, cancel and limit any training, service or promotion.
- No warranties or guarantees are made in any of the material. By using any of the material provided you accept all liability for your actions.
- Your membership will be canceled without notice if you disrespect terms and conditions or if your payment is insufficient. If your membership is canceled, you are no longer authorized to access the training.
- You agree that Christina Greve will collect and manage your personal information supplied when enrolled in a program.
- Christina Greve is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by the credit-card issuer.
- In case the online training program and website is hacked, broken or closed down by a third party, Christina Greve is not responsible for reproducing, re-launching or re-installing the course material.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all materials in the course, including text, graphics, photos, design, names, logos, and underlying software are protected by copyright owned or licensed by Christina Greve, and you acknowledge and agree that this is the case. Material cannot be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form without prior written consent. All material provided and presented during training is for the sole use of your individual use.
Payment Policy
If you are enrolled with a payment plan, you are responsible for maintaining the payment plan. If one of your installments are insufficient all access to the training program will be canceled, and you are no longer authorized to access the training.
Payments can fail for a variety of reasons, for example:
- There’s not enough money in the account
- The card is expired or blocked
- The card is over its daily or monthly withdrawal limit
- The issuing bank’s automated fraud detection systems thought the transaction might be fraudulent
- The issuing bank’s computer systems just had an off day
Refund Policy
You can cancel your registration within 7 days of starting the program, by sending an email to hello@christinagreve.com. Please note Christina Greve is unable to reimburse for any currency conversion fees charged by the credit-card issuer and refunds will be issued to the paying credit card. There will be no refunds given for students who request a refund outside of the guaranteed time-frame.
